December 8, 2023:
Weasel sees the new vet Monday. I'm not sure she will be coming home with us. The past two weeks she declined quickly and has been really struggling. Doesn't do anything except sleep, no interest in anything else. She still eats but she's whimpering when she goes to the bathroom and it's always diarrhea every time. She's struggling to get out of her bed to use the bathroom. She's still in the sick pen I made her. I pick her up and she's just, limp. Her hind legs are almost useless, she's falling over or dragging herself, and with it her poop. Her eyes are squinty and I really feel like something inside happened.

August 6, 2023:
Weasel has been good! It was cool enough the other day, we went for two walks! She is a lot slower than before, but I really hope in the cooler weather I can take her out more to help build up that muscle strength. Once she gets going she's not so bad, but exercise is important. She wagged her tail when we got back inside, it was cute. Doc gave me a couple refills on weasels' meds too. Once it's closer to the end of the year I'll make the switch. I really want to see Doc once more, but if weasel's health stays this way up until end of year, there's no real reason for me to go, other than for him to feel her organs up for size. I will think about it and make a decision before his retirement date, depending upon how weasel is.

Camp May 2023:
Day 1: Hey Mom and Dad, dropping in to let you know I ate all my soup. Aunt Brenda let me sit on her lap she put my meds in a dropper with my soup so she knew I got all my medicine. Then I finished my soup on Aunt Brenda's lap. I love you, Jules.
Day 2: Hi Mom and Dad, I'm doing good, I ate my soup all gone this morning. Aunt Brenda let me wipe my chin on her shirt.
Day 4: Aunt Brenda is so proud of me! She adjusted my food and water dishes to make it easier for me to reach. She found a divot in my food dish this morning, she was doing the happy dance. Yesterday she had to throw my dish of food out, I pooped in it. I'm doing good Mom and Dad I hope you are having a good time. I love you! Jules
Mom's reponse: Hi weasel!! I'm glad you're eating and drinking!! That makes me so happy to hear! I'm sure you're having fun sleeping in all your favorite spaces! I hope you are having a good time and not making trouble for Aunt Brenda!!! I love you weasel!! I'll talk to Aunt Brenda now!
Hahahaha! Yes! She poops and goes on her tippy toes and falls over and poop goes everywhere. She's a silly girl for sure. You think she'd learn that if she just put her butt down she'd be ok!
Thank you for watching out for her. I really appreciate it and I know she does too. I did send you extra cubes so if she ends up pooping on all her food just give her extra soup if she'll take it. I'm pretty sure I sent enough but now I'm worried about it. Just let me know if things aren't ok, ok? I'm trying hard to not worry about her!! Thank you for watching her.

December 24, 2022:
Auntie Brenda!!! I got to open my gift today!! I love all the toys and I have stashed them somewhere my Mom cannot find them! I like to stash my toys in my cardboard tubes around the house, don't tell anyone though! I wagged my tail when I got to see all my toys!! Thank you so so much Auntie Brenda! I love you and I am behaving like a good girl! I am very busy in the morning like you, Auntie Brenda!! It is VERY cold outside, Auntie Brenda! I wanted to go outside and Mom opened the door and I decided it was a bit too cold for my liking! It is nap time! I have been up all morning! I will let you talk to Mom! I love you Auntie Brenda!!!

November 9, 2022, Camp:
Aunt Brenda lets me sit on her lap while I eat my soup. Yesterday she let me have the window end and I found the cabinet to sleep in, on the second shelf. This morning she got me up first I was up in the hammock, to run around the open rooms. I went right to the cabinet to the second shelf, she had to come get me to feed me my soup.

May 22, 2021:
Hello Auntie Brenda!! I have been so much busier in the past day! Today I went into the bedroom and took a little nap in the sock drawer! I love the sock drawer!! I am doing well. I get soup, which is really tasty! I get hugs, which I am picky I only like short hugs! I get to play on the grass, which feels weird under my paws!
Have a good day, Auntie Brenda!!! Love, Jules!!!

January 3, 2021:
Jules loved opening her present! I had a lot of blurry pictures, but these ones were cute! She loves big toys that let her tackle them. Thank you!! She loves to dance and tackle the toys. She was really all about opening the gift and investigating everything.

Jules went out in the snow yesterday. She didn't seem to mind, really.

December 25, 2020:
Merry Christmas!

October 28, 2020:
As you can see from the picture, she really likes soup. I just took that out of the fridge to mix up some for her and I turn around and she's got her face in it!!

January 1, 2020:

Initial Contact, April 30, 2019:
Hi,
I have a ferret that my daughter adopted from Marshall farms about 6 years ago. I have the paperwork somewhere. She is a white female, friendly and so sweet, but I am downsizing to an apartment and can't take her with me. I can take her to the vet doe all necessary vaccinations and I can donate everything she has plus 2 playpens, one brand new in the box.
I've tried to rehome her online, but I'm not comfortable with the people who have contacted me and I want to make sure she is safe and loved. I have also been asking around everyone I know for months, but no luck.
Would you be able to help me by taking her and finding her a home?
Thankyou so much,
  Sally S
