Largo is a brown sable, approximately 4 years old.
Largo left for Rainbow Bridge on April 26, 2004
Largo came from the New Jersey Christmas Rescue in the year 2000. He came into the shelter in January of 2001. Largo needed some rehabilitation done when he arrived. He thought that every human that got near him was going to hurt him, so he would bite to draw blood before anyone could get him first. Largo has had one adrenal surgery and is due for another in the very near future. Largo has become a wonderful mascot for this shelter and no longer fears humans.
Largo was sponsored by a shelter friend that lives in Wayland, New York.
