Swartz Kid

Dak at Camp July 02
Camp July 2004

When fur kids come to camp they have their own special boarding room they are housed in, but they are integrated into the shelter schedule and rotation. The boarders get to get up for play time first so when I get up at 4:30 A.M. we start rotations in the boarding room. Boarders are allowed in all the play rooms; if Dak or Jacobie are not here using the upstairs apartment they are allowed to come up stairs with me.

Dak is a little petite brown sable girl that was adopted from here 5 years ago. When the kids come to camp they are allowed to use the computer to write letters home from camp. If parents answer the letters they will be included in the camp letters.

This is Dak's special hiding place. She is watching me take her picture.

Camp day 8
Hey Dad, Aunt Brenda will not let me get on her desk! I want to check
out all the things she has up there and she will not let me!
Tell her to let me play on her deck! PS the jet lag gone yet? I love you dad
Dak

Dak,
Just hang in there a little longer. I'll be back in the US tomorrow and will come to pick you up sometime on Sunday.

Camp Day 5
2-15-05
Hi Dad I am having fun and staying out of trouble for Aunt Brenda. I hope you are having fun too.
Wet Nose Kisses;
Dak

Dak,
Glad to hear you are having fun. I am tired (do ferrets get jet lag?), but otherwise all is well. Be sure you keep behaving yourself!
Dad
